Welcome to Glamall! Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions, which, when you use this website or place an order, indicate your acceptance of these terms.
1. Modification of Terms
Glamall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and make changes to the website at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Contact Information
By ordering or registering on Glamall, you grant us permission to add your contact information to our database and send you transactional order, shipping, and product review emails. Occasionally, we may contact you regarding offers and new products. You can opt out by unsubscribing via the provided link or contacting us at glamall.au@gmail.com.
3. Manufacturer Specifications
Glamall does not guarantee the accuracy of specifications or representations provided by manufacturers.
4. Shipping Address
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, you may be required to cover shipping charges. A restocking fee, typically between $10 and $50 depending on parcel size, will apply if you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund after a return to sender (RTS) occurrence.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancelled orders may incur a cancellation fee of 2.5% (merchant fee) plus $9.90 (restocking and administration fee) for refunds. Store credit requests do not carry a cancellation fee. A 2.5% merchant fee applies to all PayPal, Credit Card, and Afterpay transactions, which is non-refundable.
6. Delivery
Delivery times provided by Glamall are estimates, and we are not responsible for late deliveries or associated losses or damages. Claims of non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the normal delivery time. Claims for not delivered items must be lodged no later than 60 days from the invoice date.
7. Acceptance of Goods by Buyer
You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any faults or errors within 48 hours.
8. Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
9. Refunds & Returns
Returns must be in new condition with all tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns must be made within the specified timeframe, except for faulty items. Shipping costs will be refunded for incorrect item shipments via regular post, not express post. AfterPay refunds will incur a 6% charge.
10. Warranties and Repairs
Manufacturer warranties vary for each product. Repairs are handled by the manufacturer. Glamall cannot control repair periods but will ensure a smooth process. Replacement or refund may be offered for unrepairable items.
11. International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur customs or import duties, which are your responsibility. Glamall will not pay these charges on your behalf. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in parcel abandonment, and Glamall will not be responsible for any loss.
12. Pricing
Prices may change without notice, and additional duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country. All credit card charges are in Australian Dollars, with non-Australian currency figures as approximations based on exchange rates.
13. Shipping
Free Shipping specials may not apply to international or bulky orders.
14. Typographical Errors
In the event of incorrect product listings due to typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies, Glamall reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. A credit will be issued promptly for any charges.
